The New Vista

The New Vista - Scott Uminga.

Hope to brighten your day.

In partnership with Huion I was given a chance to try out the Huion Kamvas 16 (2021).
It's been refreshing to draw on a lightweight and portable tablet. I haven't used anything smaller than a 21.5 inch display since college - Bigger, heavier tablets do keep me stuck to my desk so it's been great to switch things up, working in new environments is a huge creativity boost.
Button mapping is easy to set up, and the buttons themselves are well positioned for my fingers to slide up and down fluidly. I also like the feel of the smooth matte finish. All in all it's been comfortable, light and easy to use, and a quick way to just get to drawing.
